I'm Head of Design & Product Ops at Softway Medical. I built Faros, our design system, from scratch. It now runs on 50+ squads and keeps spreading as the group grows internationally.

16 years in the industry: 3 running a creative team in print and digital production, the last 13 hands-on in digital craft. I started making things long before managing them, and learned what breaks when you try to scale them. That's why I stopped chasing pretty screens or quick wins, and started building things that last.

Today, I run Design & Product Ops for the group, making sure design and product actually work together, day to day, from governance and roadmap to adoption numbers, workshops and training. I lead the team behind all of it. What matters most to me is seeing what we build become living products, not projects that ship once and disappear.

That includes the tools we ship to remove friction for product teams: an AI-assisted prototyping tool wired into our design system, and a multi-agent tool for stronger user stories. Both live in production.
